Baja Blanca Drizzle

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 T. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 T. fresh lime juice
1 t. Frank's RedHot Sauce or other red chile sauce
1/8 t. ground red chile, such as New Mexico or California chile

In a bowl, combine all ingredients, adding more ground chile or hot sauce as desired.

The sauce will last four days covered and refrigerated. Makes about 1/3 cup.

Use to drizzle on vegetables, shrimp, roast beef, pork or chicken.
