Another Splenda website find, also not completely legal, like the glaze recipe I posted, but for dusting my gingerbread cookies, this beats the alternative.

"Powdered Sugar"

Preparation Time 5 min.
Makes1/2 cup

3/4 cup SPLENDA? Granular
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend until SPLENDA? Granular is a very fine powder.

Use instead of powdered sugar for garnishing cakes and pastries.

You can sub Arrowroot Powder for corn starch in recipes. If using in LIQUIDS it will make things more gelatinous, so works as a thickining agent. I.E. Strawberry pie. It works great for crustless strawberry pie.
