veg stir fry

ingredients: brocolli,cauliflower,bean sprouts,alfalfa sprouts,snow peas,green beans,green peas, green/red cabbage, green/yellow/red bell pepper,
garlic powder,salt,pepper,soy sauce,hot mustard,
small amount of your favorite meat.
process: Use a Wok on med. to high heat. Spray pam on wok and cook meat(thin strips)and add soy sauce toward the end. Cut all vegetables in slices and ad them all at one time stirring constantly. Season to taste and let vegetables cook down. This is delicious alone or served over rice or a substitute. This is very good and you can eat all you want. Enjoy! smile.gif I lost 45 lbs eating this type of meal in 4 months.
