A member has compiled a list in html format of all the recipes on the board.

I have converted the recipes to PDF and I am attaching it to this post.

I removed the attachement here. Since there is an updated one below.

This is really just a trial run, there are several things to be fixed.

First, only about 20% of the recipes are included, the rest will be added - hopefully in the next week. The longer I work on this, the longer the list is (that's good).

Second, the spacing needs to be fixed. There is too much space between Table of Content entries, and in the ingredient lists. These shouldn't take too much editing time.

Also, some Adobe PDF advice on viewing and copying text.

THE FULL VERSION IS POSTED. - Late November.

See below, if you haven't got version 1.0, you should.

I'm finally able to take a few minutes to browse the board again... my life has been hectic and I didn't even think SB from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Thank the good Lord I only put on 8 lbs and I'm back in the saddle eating SB again.

I found your wonderful labor of love with this pdf file! Wow!!!!! Thanks so, so, so, so much.

I have two questions, I thought I had another one, but that will be asked if I can think about it at another time.

First, if this is updated, will I be notified?

If I want to share these recipes with non members, how do I do so? I have one friend who has a bread machine who might find some which would bless her and although she don't have sugar problems, bread recipes might bless her.

I want to say also that I am in agreement with other posts, that I am grateful for your taking the time to get this all worked on. You are making a difference.

Sincerely, Vernon (IMG:http://www.sugarbustersforum.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (IMG:http://www.sugarbustersforum.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

P.S. The (IMG:http://www.sugarbustersforum.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) , is that sticking the toungue out at someone or the way I am using it, for something mouth watering good or something like that?

Vernon,

If I ever get around to doing an update to this, it will be an expansion of the current file. This was posted late November, there haven't been all that many new recipes since then.

When a new one come along, it will get a new version number, probably Version 1.1. I'm sure BA will post it in this same section. It will include "release notes" listing what recipes are new.

Hello Dave,

Does this mean when the new one comes out, I can delete the one I have now and all of the recipes will be in the next update? As oposed to only having the update with only the recipes which have been added since that time.

I had another question, how can I get these recipes to those who are not a member of the sugarbusters here? I want to be able to send these out.

Thank-you!

Vernon,

Any update will replace the current set, so yes, you would delete the old and start with the new; all current content will be included.

In terms of distribution, I'll leave that up to you. There may some questions of copyright and ownership; I included all sources in the recipes, as originally posted. My own interpretation is that these are publically posted and available for all, so I don't feel bad about distributing these for private use.

I considered adding additional recipes, but decided that would raise this issue to greater heights, and kept only with what had been posted. You could either send the entire set, or cut and paste individual recipes as described in the introduction.

Is the Nov 2003 link the most current? I keep getting an error message when I click on that one.

Never mind, I found it back on the first topic. Thanks anyway!

Anita
