Crystal,

This is my first reply to you - I tend to miss the forum for many days at a time, then follow it daily. Welcome.

You should download the recipe book. It is pinned under recipes, look for PDF, it is down about 7 posts. It is getting old, I would like to update it to include the added recipes of the last 7 months, but it doesn't look possible in the near future. I'm just too busy.

I had to log in today as well, but I had to start from scratch on my computer; my son got a virus that wouldn't go away. It's amazing how much faster it runs after a clean start. It's been 3 years. I think the board upgrade may have had something to do with it.

Hope to hear form you some more.

Dave

Hello everyone! I made the chili mac recipe last night and it was delicious! I'm going to use it for chili and spaghetti sauce too (minus the WW elbow macaroni). I'm thinking of using it in WW tortillas also. That should be good. I made a large pot of it, even hubby loved it. I used a saucer for a plate and put 2 serving spoon size portions on the saucer and I was stuffed! This is my first post to the board and what a wealth of info there is here.
