3/4 cup All-Fruit Raspberry Spread 1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 Garlic Cloves; minced
1 Tsp pepper
16 whole Chicken Wings

In a saucepan; combine All-Fruit, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute.

Cut chicken wings into three pieces; discard tips.

Place wings in a large bowl; add raspberry mixture. Toss well to coat.

Cover and chill for 4 hours.

Line a 15 x 10 pan with foil.

Spray the foil wth PAM.

Using a slotted spoon, and reserving the marinade, place wings on the pan.

Bake at 375? for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring marinade to a rolling boil; boil for one minute.

Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes to thicken.

Brush over wings.

Bake 20 minutes longer, turning and basting once.

Serves 8-10
