1/3 cup Splenda
1 cup cold water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries; thawed and drained
16 oz Plain Yogurt
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
16 popsicle molds

Combine Splenda and 3/4 cup of water. Combine remaining water and gelatin in saucepan; let stand for 2 minutes.

Heat until gelatin is dissolved; Remove from heat.

In batches, place the strawberries, sweetened water, gelatin, vanilla and yogurt in blender. Process until smooth.

Fill molds with 1/4 cup of the strawberry mixture. Top with holders and freeze.

Yields: 16 servings
