2 Tbsp plus 2 Tsp Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
8 eggs
1/2 cup Whipping Cream
1/2 cup water
2 cups diced cooked Ham
4 medium tart apples; peeled and sliced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Splenda
1 Tsp cinnamon

Combine Flour and Salt. Beat in the eggs, water and cream until smooth.

Divide the ham among 6 greased custard cups. Top with egg mixture.

Bake at 450? for 15 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Meanwhile in a skillet, saute apple slices in butter until tender crisp. Add Splenda and cinnamon.

Spoon into the center of each puff.

Serves 6.
