You are most welcome Sam!

I love to cook and have developed loads of SB appropriate recipes.

Afterall this is the way I intend to eat for the rest of my life and I want as much variety as possible. (IMG:http://www.sugarbustersforum.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Just let me know if there is a particular food or recipe you have a hankerin' for. If I don't already have it in my repritoire I'll be happy to experiment-- maybe I can come up with a new creation.

The mushroom soup is delicious! (IMG:http://www.sugarbustersforum.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) We made some today. I actually didn't have any chives on hand... put some garlic in instead. Also used a mix of white and shiitake mushrooms. The soup went will with the left-over grilled pork loin (from last night) and a scoop of brown rice. YUMMY! (IMG:http://www.sugarbustersforum.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I'm so glad you liked it. I prefer it with a mix of types of mushrooms too-- gives it a more complex flavor.
