4 lbs chicken wings
1 c whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Orange Curry Sauce

Wash and dry chicken wings. Shake in mixture of flour, salt and pepper to coat well.

Bake at 375? on a PAM sprayed baking sheet for 45-50 minutes. (wings should be golden and crispy)

Serve hot or cold with sauce.

Orange Curry Sauce:
1 cup All-Fruit orange marmalade
1/4 c splenda
1 T curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 c vinegar
2 T brown sugar twin
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients in saucepan, heat to boiling. Then simmer until marmalade is melted and sauce is blended. Serve warm or cold.
