1 c. canola oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. Splenda or Agave
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 medium size red onion.

Blend until nearly smooth. This comes out a beautiful rosy pink.

molly's note: I like to serve this over mixed greens topped with mandarin orange segments, and toasted pecans or slivered almonds.
