12 pork sausages links
12 slices Whole Wheat Bread
2 oz butter
2 tsp prepared mustard

Cut the crusts off of the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.

Melt the butter and mustard together over low heat stirring continuously.

Brush each slice of bread with the Mustard-Butter.

Wrap each sausage with a slice of bread. Cut in half (you'll have 24 pieces now).

Bake at 375? for 15-20 minutes.

Can be served hot or cold as appetizers or a wonderful accompaniment for a bowl of soup.
