I adore this stuff! Great with grilled chicken or pork. You can use all Splenda if you prefer but I think the mix of sweeteners gives a truer sweet taste.

1 cup water
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Fructose
12 oz fresh cranberries
2 Tbsp chopped fresh jalepenos
1 Tbsp dried cilantro
1/4 tsp cumin
1 green onion (white and green-chopped
1 tsp Lime juice

Combine water, Fructose & Splenda in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add cranberries and return to a gentle boil. Continue to heat for 10 minutes. Do not stir or the cranberries will get mushy.

Pour into a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and let cool at room temperature. Chill to allow flavors to blend.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
