RANCH CHICKEN
8 chicken breasts - I used boneless 1cup sour cream 1cup mayonnaise - I used duke's l packet hidden valley ranch mix- dry powder l large can mushroom stems and pieces - or fresh l cup shredded cheddar cheese Place the chicken in a casserole dish. Sprinkle mushrooms over the chicken. Mix the sour cream, mayo, and ranch powder and spread over the chicken. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. This was real good. I fixed it for lunch Sunday along with the faux potato salad and black eyed-peas and corn for the kids. I got this off of another Sugarbuster forum. Another thing you can add is asparagus before sprinkling the cheese on top. Hope you try it and enjoy. Crystal |
