Ok,. so I was all torn up about having to eat one of their wraps, and then today I logged on their web site and this is what I found:

So I was right.. The sugars blow you right out of the water. And i would bet that it is the sauce that makes it that way. The one I had tasted too sweet and I even scraped some of it off (because it was TOO sweet).. But now I do feel bad. (and angry that they dont' have more options for people who don't want to kill themselved by eating at a fast food rest. I didn't have a choice, but still.... )

So, there you have it.. I have vented. I feel better now..

thanks for the info on the Arby's Fresh Market BLT. It is my 2nd favorite thing there, the first being the beef n cheddar (I don't get it very often anymore). But I thought I was doing pretty good with the BLT, but that is awful! I never thought about it. Guess I will be staying out of Arby's, at least not going as much.
