1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup drained prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
Cayenne pepper to taste

Combine; heat to boiling point, but do not boil or the sauce will seperate and curdle.

This is fabulous poured over hot steamed asparagus. Yum!
