1 box/bag frozen broccoli (chopped) Cooked
1 1/2 cups pearled barley (I measure it and then cook it ALMOST done I put about 2 1/2 cups liquid in it... and cook till absorbed but not all the way done)
1 stick butter melted
8 oz jar of cheese whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery

Once the broccoli and barley are cooked, mix all ingredients together. Place in greased bakeing dish (9x13 or larger) and bake 30-45 minutes at 325.

This is my DH favorite. He loves it with the barley now instead of rice. You really can't tell the difference.
