My all time favorite thing!

I use about 1 and 1/2 cartons of mushrooms for this recipe.

I clean and de-stem the mushrooms placing them cap down in a casserole dish.

1 package cream cheese softened
1 package shredded parmesagn cheese
3 heaping teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons onion (I used powered)
Extra virgin Olive Oil
Worchestershire sauce (dash)

I mix the cream cheese and half the parmesagn cheese together with the garlic and onion. Then I stuff the mushroom caps with it. I sprinkle more parmesagn over the tops of them and then I drizzle Olive Oil, and Worchestershire sauce over the tops of them. Bake at 350 till bubbly. You can also add wine to this if you want. It is so yummy. I have also used fresh green onion in stead of the powdered.

TOO YUMMY.

You can also make these up the night before and bake when ready to eat!
