Could someone please educate me (and others) on what canned soups (brands and flavors) are considered "legal" on Sugar Busters? Are there any and where can I find them?

Soups are trickey, and the better option is to make them yourself. Chilli is ok, but I make my own. I know that Wendy's is ok. As far as canned goes, read the lable. Most have RICE or POTATOES in them. Read the ingredients. Anything that doesn't Add FLOUR, or sugar is fine. BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO LOOK CLOSELY> I don't eat much sodium..and most canned soups are LOADED in them. THis can make you retain water.. just use with CAUTION.

Oh yeah.. I also forgot. I use the condensed soups in my recipe's... but I read the lables first.

Well that's good to know that Wendy's chili is okay! You just have to watch out for the fingers!!

I made the Quick Chili from the Sugar Busters cookbook the other night and it was great - very spicy, but good! :-)

Thanks for your help!
