Hello! I am not able to eat anything green while I am on blood thinner, except for green beans, but I truly miss the Mustard greens, Collard greens, one more green along with Spinach all in a can since I have had problems with cleaning the greens and now the media and government is saying how eating spinach is forbodden, so people have to avoid that unless it's in a can, so I am curious what people should eat instead of the spinach while this is the problem at this time. I was thinking that some might have read this and wanted to know about this.

I love to eat the salad with low calories salad dressing, Bell peppers, lean turkey meat along with other crunchy things I love to add to this for my pleasure and yet as long as it's not good to have salad for me, and I am sure there's something still harmful for those who eat lettuce and especially those who eat it in the bag, which I perfer, so I can't eat salad for the time being since I don't often cut it myself. I would love to have salad although it would have to be safe once again.

Thank-you for the time and letting me express myself.
In Christ, Vernon
