I HAVE FOUND THE WHITE WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR AND I LOVE IT. I USE HALF AND HALF AND THE TEXTURE IS MUCH LIGHTER FOR BREAD AND TORTILLA'S. IT WAS THE SAME PRICE AS THE REGULAR WW AT MY HEALTH FOOD STORE. I use white whole wheat flour to bake with all the time. It is whole grain. Its just a lighter colored variety of wheat.
