2 CUPS MILK ANY KIND. I USE SKIM
4 T. WONDER COCOA
PINCH OF SALT
1 t. VANILLA
4 T. WW FLOUR FINELY GROUND IN COFFEE MILL
1/2 C. SPLENDA
1 EGG

WHISK EVERYTHING BUT THE EGG IN A PAN AND COOK UNTIL IT STARTS TO THICKEN. BEAT EGG AND ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF PUDDING AT A TIME TO WARM THE EGG THEN ADD TO PUDDING IN PAN WHISKING UNTIL MIXED IN FOR 45 SECONDS OR SO. WHEN PUDDING IS GETTING THICK REMOVE FROM HEAT AND CHILL. SERVE WITH WHIPPED CREAM.
MY SONS LOVED THE NUTTY FLAVOR THE WHOLE WHEAT ADDS. ME TOO! LOL
