Makes 1 1/2 lb. loaf
1 1/2 c. warm water 2 T. soft butter OR canola oil 2 1/4 c. stone ground whole wheat flour 1/2 c. oatmeal 1 1/2 t. salt 3 t. yeast Place in bread machine in this order and bake. this recipe was from a white bread recipe my sister made up. after changes i came up with this & i think its FANTASTIC!!
1st i had it using 3 c. of SGWW flour but started adding the oatmeal & the taste is SO MUCH BETTER!! (IMG:http://www.sugarbustersforum.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) |

Thanks Prim for the bread recipe. I love making bread in my bread machine. It smells the whole house up, smells sooo good. I will give this one a try. Thanks for sharing. Crystal
