I TOOK MY MOM'S OLD RECIPE FOR BOILED ICING AND ALTERED THE SUGAR OUT. THIS WILL BE FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS BUT WORTH IT.
CAKE ? C. WW FLOUR ? C. OAT FLOUR ? C. WHEAT GERM OR OAT BRAN ? C. FRUCTOSE 4 T. AGAVE 1 t. VAN. 1 CUP FAT FREE MILK 1 EGG 1 EGG WHITE DASH SALT 2 T CANOLA OIL ? C. COCOA. I USE WONDERCOCOA BY WONDER SLIM ONE BOWL MIX IT UP AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 25 MINUTES IN A 9X9 PAN OR GLASS PAN 325 FROSTING 7 MINUTES BOILED ICING 1 EGG WHITE 1 T. WARM WATER DASH SALT ? t. CREAM OF TARTAR ? C. FRUCTOSE PLUS 1 T. 3 T. AGAVE SYRUP 1t. VANILLA PUT EVERYTHING EXCEPT VANILLA IN TOP OF DOUBLE BOILER AND BEAT OVER HOT WATER UNTIL IT LOOKS LIKE FLUFFY MARSHMALLOW. ADD VANILLA AND BEAT IN. IT WILL GET THICK AND SHINY AND HOLD VERY STIFF PEAKS WHEN DONE. LET CAKE COOL AND FROSTING COOL THEN ENJOY IT IS ABOUT 225 CALORIES IF CUT INTO NINE SQUARES.
