Microwave 6 frozen strawberries for 1 minute.
Mash with a fork, then add Splenda to desired sweetness (if needed). Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with ice cream. Yum! *This recipe is for 1 serving only, so increase amounts as needed. |

oH YUM! You could use raspberries or blackberries ... just about any low GI fruit!

You're so right, Molly! My husband also said that this could be a good topping for ww pancakes or waffles, although I would use the sauce warm for that!
