1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 can beef broth
1/2 c Salsa
3/4 tsp ground coriander
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
2 medium zucchini thinly sliced

Place stewed tomatoes, broth and salsa in
large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat then simmer 25 minutes.

Meanwhile combine meat with seasonings
mixing lightly. Form meat mixture into small meatballs.

Brown the meatballs in heavy skillet over medium heat.

Add the cooked meatballs to tomato mixture, Add zucchini during the last 10 minutes of cooking time.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and a dollap of sour cream.
