Tex Mex Grilled Chicken
Serves 4

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbs. olive oil

Place chicken in zip lock bag.

Combine cumin,chili powder, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt in small bowl and mix well. Sprinkle over chicken in bag and toss to coat. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.

Seal bag and refrigerate for one hour.

Brush or wipe GFG with cooking oil and preheat.

Grill chicken for 5-8 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

Serve with salsa & a dollap of sour cream.

GFG? I looked this up, I can guess the answer:

GFG George Foreman Grill
GFG Gift from God
GFG Gone for Good
GFG Good Freakin' Game (polite form)
GFG Governor's Foot Guard


I thought of Gas Fired Grill, but I'll stick to the first above.

PS: there were a few others, where one of the Gs stood for gay. Didn't think that would fit.
