I got this recipe out of a healthy cooking book, but I modified to be more SB friendly:
Mango, cut into bite size pieces 1 cup seedless grapes 2 cups mandarin oranges, drained 1 cup apple chunks 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt 1 tbs. orange juice 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Combine fruit in medium bowl. Combine yogurt and OJ in small bowl, mix well. Pour yogurt mixture over top of fruit and toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with walnuts just before serving. As a side note, I am pretty stoked about being able to post a recipe! Enjoy! I am trying it tonight, so I will let you all know if it was a success.
