Creamy Lemon Chicken & Rice Salad Recipe By : Molly Serving Size : 8 Categories : Main Dish Salad -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 green onions -- sliced 1 cup brown rice -- uncooked 1 tsp salt 1 can waterchestnuts -- sliced 8 oz skinless boneless chicken breast -- cooked & diced 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tbsp lemon peel 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp black pepper Cook rice according to manufacturer?s directions.
