Ok, I had this at a local tea room, and it was very good. This is my version of it.
It makes 4 quarts. I boil 2 quarts of water Use three family sized decaffinated tea bags. After steeping the teabags for 5 minutes, I pour that into the pitcher. Then I use the juice of three lemons, pour that in the tea. You can sweeten the tea any way you like., I used splenda, about 1 1/3 cup Then I added about 1 tsp vanilla and 1-2 tsp almond flavoring (add to taste... i like mine stronger) then fill the pictcher with cool/cold water. (about 2 more quarts) It was a refreshing change, and great for the baby shower I was throwing!!! I also cut up one fresh lemon and put that in the pitcher for added visual appeal.
