1 (16 oz) bag cole slaw mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup apple cider or balsamic vinegar
1 packet (1 to 2) artificial sweetener OR equivalent in liquid sweetener
2 tablespoons water (2 to 6)

Mix together all ingredients except the bag of raw veggies.

Mix in the vegetables and stir till coated. If there's not enough sauce, add more mayonnaise as needed.

Taste and adjust with more vinegar, if desired.

Serve chilled.

*** This is delicious made with "broccoli slaw mix." It's a nice change of pace from the usual cabbage.

Molly, this is so similar to what I made this weekend! DH likes Granny Smith apples chopped up fine in the salad, so I added one of those as well. I've never added sour cream, though, and I bet it's delicious!! I'm going to try it next time!!

Wow... This is very delicious, I used the balsamic, though I know it would make more sense to use the ACV, I will try that next! The only issue is I cannot seem to find Mayonaisse that does not contain any sugars.. ugh! Does anyone know of a brand that is without any sugar? It kind of strange looking for sugar-free mayo!
