Italian Yellow Squash

1 lb. yellow squash
1 Tbs. parsley, finely minced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Brush or wipe GFG with cooking oil and preheat.
Do not use an aerosol spray.

Clean the squash and cut into slices 1/4 inch thick.

In a small bowl, mix together the parsley, Italian
seasoning, oregano, olive oil, vinegar and pepper. (btw: this is just a good general purpose Italian Dressing)

Place the squash in the grill, overlapping the slices,
and cook for 6-8 minutes.

In a serving bowl, lightly coat the squash with the
Italian dressing and serve immediately.

Serves 4.
