2 tsp butter
1 Whole Grain English muffin
2 eggs, poached
2 slices bacon, cooked (sometimes I use Canadian bacon or thinly sliced ham instead)
2 slices American cheese

Cut the English muffin in half and spread each with about 1 tsp of butter.

Add 1 poached egg to each half, top with 1 slice of bacon and 1 slice of cheese.

Broil each muffin until cheese is melted, about 2 or 3 minutes in the toaster oven.
