I really miss corn bread, oh and hush puppies too! So I might have to experiment with cream of wheat!
Cream Of Wheat Corn Bread
1/2 c. Cream of Wheat
1/2 c. self rising flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 pkg. Sweet and Low (opt.)
1 egg white
1/4 c. milk
Mix together Cream of Wheat and flour. Add oil, Sweet and Low, egg white, and milk; mix. Bake as you would any corn bread. Makes a small pan. Can be doubled.
