Chicken Salad

2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
1/2 c. low fat, sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise (I use Trader Joe's)
2 stalks of celery, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
2-3 heaping teaspoons of dill relish (or dice up dill pickles)
salt & pepper, to taste

Mix it all together and serve plain, with trisquits, over a bed of lettuce, on SGWW bread...whatever you like!

Makes about 3-4 cups.

To mix up the recipe a bit, you can add diced grapes, hard boiled eggs or almonds.
