Egg & Veggie Frittata
Your favorite veggies, diced & saute (mushrooms, green peppers and onions work well)
Your favorite breakfast meats, diced & cooked (bacon, ham, sausage, etc.)
8 eggs
Shredded cheddar cheese (amt. to your preference)
1/4 c. milk
After your veggies and meats have been cooked, mix together with eggs, milk and some cheese. Pour into a 9 in. round cake pan (butter sprayed).
Cook at 325 for 25 minutes.
You can cook this on Sunday evening and divide into containers for your breakfast for the whole week!
