Ceaser Salad Dressing
3 cloves garlic, peeled & minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3-1/4 anchovy fillets, minced (I actually use a little anchovy paste instead)
2 tbl. grated parmesan cheese, divided
3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Combine in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
Serves 4.
