tongue.gif I tried this recipe before I posted it. These are yummy!

Whole Wheat Muffins

(6-10 servings)

? 2 cups SG whole wheat flour
? 1 tsp. baking powder
? 1 tsp. baking soda
? 1/2 tsp. salt
? 1/2 cup canola oil
? 1/2 cup maple syrup (SF)
? 1 tsp. cinnamon
? 1 cup water
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Next combine wet ingredients in a bowl and then mix well with dry ingredients. Pour into prepared muffin pans and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
I have made these 3 times now. I tweaked them just a bit to make it slightly sweeter. I increased the cinnamon (to taste) and added a healthy squirt of agave. YUM. My one year old who isn't really speaking yet stands by the plate on the kitchen counter, points and says "un, un, un" until I give him one. Pleasing even the toughest critics!!
Sounds awesome! I'll have to try them sometime!
