Im not sure if this bread is legal but it is made using different flours. I have made it myself and it is quite tasty.


10 oz gluten powder
7oz Soya Flour or Soy Protein Isolate
4oz Wheat Flour strong bread type or oat flour
3oz Almond Flour
2oz ground linseed or almond flour
2tsp salt
2tsp spenda
2 packs fast action yeast
2tsp xanthan gum (optional)
2tbsp oil
32 floz of warm water or 22 if you use soya flour

Mix ingredients together. Add the water and oil. Knead the bread using almond flour. Put in 2 x 1lb tin. Leave to rise for 1 hour until double in size.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Tap to see if hollow - ready when hollow sound.

42 slices at 2.5 carbs per slice

I made this recipe using Soy Protein isolate and oat flour instead of wheat flour. It is not too bad at all. I got it off of the Sugarlite site which is for low-carb dieters when I was doing the Atkins diet so I am just presuming it is legal. Please correct me though if its not.
