Full Version: Plantains With Cinnamon

1 ripe plantain
Ground cinnamon to taste.

Cut plantain in half. Slice each half into two to four pieces. Spread plantain slices on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave on high for about 1 1/2 minutes.

My absolute favorite - and it couldn't be easier.
Hope this don't sound dumb but what is plantains and where do you get them at ?
