Whole Wheat Pie Crust

1 2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour (or regular whole wheat flour)
1/3 cup salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tbsp. cold water

Measure flour and salt into bowl. Add oil. Mix until particles are the size of peas. Sprinkle on water 1 tbsp. at a time, mixing until flour is moistened and dough almost cleans sides of bowl. If too dry, add 1 or 2 tbsp. of oil. Dough should be the consistency of play dough. Shape dough into ball then flatten between 2 sheets of wax paper and roll out.

If baking before filling, poke a few holes in the crust with a fork to keep from bubbling up.
