It's chocolate-covered pig fat! Sounds tasty, no? Apparently it's very popular in Ukraine! Should be low-carb friendly too! Think Twix bar but with a strip of lard rather than caramel and cookie.

Dave, thanks for the picure! I am curious just how your searched Google for that one! (chocolate covered pork fat - GO)? I am thoroughly disgusted now, not sure I can think of chocolate without conjuring up this picture (wanna bet?)

I was previously envisioning a pork rind covered in chocolate which I can imagine some people eating, but I think it is really a slab of RAW LARD covered in chocolate.

As my 3 year old son always says, BBBEEEEEEEEEEE YUCK!
