1 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp dry Mustard
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Half and Half
2 Tbsp snipped Chives
Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and mushrooms. Gradually stir in broth.
Bring to a boil; cook amd stir for two minutes.
Reduce heat and stir in half and half and chives.
Continue to cook until heated through.
