2 eggs
3 Tb. butter, softened
1/2 c. SF apple sauce
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tsp Splenda
1 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Beat eggs and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in splenda, applesauce and vanilla.

Combine flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt.

Fold into wet ingredients.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3 inches apart.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 ? 10 minutes
