3 cups Mixed Berries (use any combination of Raspberries, Blackberries and Blueberries)
8 Tbsp Splenda
Juice of one lemon
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/4 cup Oat Flour
1/3 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Salt

Wash the berries and put in a buttered, 9-inch square baking dish.

Add 6 tablespoons splenda, lemon juice and cinnamon and stir to coat the berries.

Combine the flour, butter, remaining splenda and salt and mix with a fork or your fingertips until the mixture is crumbly.

Sprinkle the mixture over the berries and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
