Crab Meat Dip/Spread

1 8 oz pkg Lite Cream Cheese - softened
1 6 oz can Crab Meat
Cayenne & Garlic Powder to taste

Drain crab meat. Mix with the cream cheese, using a fork to shred the
crab meat. Season
with cayenne & garlic powder to taste. Chill. May be served warm as a
dip - zap in the microwave - or cold as a great spread for tricuits!
