This was a very enlightening article! Thanks for sharing it. I must admit that I was a little concerned that the person who wrote it, didn't take the time to do a grammar check. lol. That's just the "type A" in me I guess. Anyway, it definitely supports both the SB and Glucose Revolution theories.
