8 oz creamcheese (room temp)
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon extract
2 eggs

With a mixer cream the cream cheeese with sweetener Gradually add sour cream. Stir in flavoring.
Add eggs one at a time.
Pour into buttered (or use PAM) custard cups.

Place the custard cups into a large baking pan.

Fill the pan 1/2 full with water. and bake for 30 min at 400 degrees.
