6 cooking apples -peeled & sliced
1/2 Cup Splenda
1/2 Cup whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 Cup rolled oats
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 stick butter
Lightly butter the crockpot and place apple slices on the base.
Combine splenda, flour, rolled oats, ginger and nutmeg and cut in butter, using a pastry blender or knife.
Sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours.
Delicious with No Added Sugar Vanilla Ice Cream.
