1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup Oat Flour
2 tsp baking powder
the Zest from 1 orange
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each: nutmeg and ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 cup Splenda

Combine in a large bowl.

Add:
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp frozen OJ Concentrate
2 eggs
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
3 Tbsp Canola Oil
1/2 cup dried cherries

Stir until well blended.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Batter will be thick.

Bake 20 minutes at 350?.
Cool and cut into 16 bars.
